Hello everyone, i am picking up a turbo technics conversion for my xr2 this weekend and was wondering if anyone had pictures of how they mounted there intercooler?

Also if anyone has any tips on what is the best way?

Are you using the "factory" intercooler or an after market one?
As this dictates where you put it.
The standard one goes next to the radiator, once you move that over a little.

Others go where ever they fit.
Usually either in front of the existing radiator or below the bumper in the fiesta's "smile".. If it's a mk2 you are fitting it to.

You can download the turbo technics installation manual legally and for free from my website.
Don't pay to get it off of eBay!

It's a Sierra cosworth intercooler and thank you I've kit comes with all the original instructions but as it's not the standard intercooler just want ideas really, also has anyone mounted a oil pressure gauge into a mk2?

Should really start a new post for new stuff.
But. Yep!
Quite a few people have fitted oil pressure gauges.
Got one on my zetec.

Easiest way is a t piece off of the oil pressure switch.

1/4npt block.
Usually 1/8npt for the sender, but check with what you have.
