Hi never built a zetec turbo but have a spare mk2 fiesta parked up so fancy zetec turbo, im thinken on a 2.0 bottom silvertop as i have a spare bottom end with steel rods, with vauxhall turbo pistons, std head and cams with rover turbo inlet escort turbo and manifold with FRST ofab set up with 195 chip and beige injectors, unsure of boost etc...

Any Good ????

you'll max injectors out fast with not much boos tbh. been there done that, ive gone for boostmonkeys and bigger injectors

That's the setup I have. Not the best possible but the costs can spiral very quickly as I'm sure you know. Bang for buck if you have the fiesta turbo stuff and beiges I'd day go with it.

haha i have a few mk2s and loads of spares, i have a quick mk2 with a st170 lump steel rods high comp pistons, head work, vvt delete cat cams etc on 48mm jenveys with a straight cut box thats running 240bhp just wanting to build a turbo fiesta but always built zvh on escort set up, so fancy going zetec turbo but only wanting 200 ish bhp as i think any more is a waste in a fiesta

any more than 200bhp is a waste, man up lol!
if i were to do it, it'd be a standard engine with a thick HG, swap out valve springs and run a FRS turbo on it.
beiges might run ok, but i'd be tempted to find a HO inlet and pop in some scooby injectors and bang microsquirt on it.
cheap and 2000 horses would suffice.
