prob on here before but just wanna know water cooled or non water called turbos? wat ones are best to have? cheers jordon

non water cooled ones are better and the turbo just heats the water up and makes the car run hotter neway

I'm running my FRST with a series 1 non water cooled T3, been on the car since i bought it and had no problems.

matters what turbo. a garret T series turbo's dont need it, but a GT turbo does or it will fail very quickly.


is your cooling system can handle water cooled turbo, do it, it will keep you oil temp down, and help the turbo.

Have run series 2 engine with series 2 W/C turbo, series 2 with series 2 turbo without connecting pipes, series 2 with series 1 non cooled turbo, series 1 with non cooled turbo, etc etc etc, couldn't tell the difference between any of them!!! Confused??
