Looking for advice/pictures from anyone who's done this conversion.

I'd like to see where you've mounted the master cylinder and how you connected it to the pedal.

Looking at it today - the master cylinder only travels approx 25mm. Obviously the pedal travels more than this, so how is this overcome?

Look in thread, not the best pics though.
Basically i mounted it on bulk head then made a rod through to the pedal.
Rod was fastened tight to the master cylinder rod the able to move freely on the pedal.
There is no space under the dash to mount it.

I mounted mine in a similar position to where you have without looking at the linkage to pedal situation first.

The pivot of the pedal is moving in the wrong direction if i put a rod straight from the pedal if you get me?

Where on the pedal did you connect yours?

i connected to the pedal below the pivot, maybe 2 inches. i worked out where it would have to be for full travel.

Having issues with the slave cylinder hose fitting.
I have the correct fittings for the master cylinder and servo but the silver one in the pic doesn't fit the slave.
The black end in the pic fits in but I'm not 100% sure its a snug fit and the silver end doesn't fit the master cylinder?
Does the FRS have a different connection at the slave cylinder than other Focuses? The pipes I have came off a standard Focus.

I wouldn't...
Not with a frs slave cylinder, to make it the neatest a pedal box or a universal cylinder would be better.
I only used the frs one as i didn't needed to work out ratios and it came with the box.
