Problem solved right for all you people out there how ever has this problem it was my non return valve (the black and white cylinder)between the inlet and map sensor, you could blow throw both ends so luckily i remembered my old vec b derv had a one way valve on the front scooters so fired that on and successes.

That black and white/yellow cylinder is to collect moisture not a 1 way valve, stops the map sensor getting damaged. That valve you have put in is just blocking the pipe I expect and thats why it seems to run right.

have you tried to drive the car on boost?

Chris

I had spoke to a well known sparky that has years of experience with old fords and he said that you should not be able to blow throw both ways as its a one way valve,,,,grrrrrrr please dont tell me its not right,i have the one way set so the map is getting the boost side ,,,,but now realizing you have suction first then boost ,,gutted any suggestions on what the problem is? i get boost as the turbo will chatter away. I had also opened the cylinder and the filters were pure black and had were burst throw would this make a difference.

It's definitely not a one way valve its a filter to stop fuel and vapours getting to your sensor as said

Cge is right.
Although there are two fitted to a cvh fiesta.
The larger one is the fuel trap.
The smaller one feted closest to the Christmas tree gizmo is a one way valve.

So use the larger, longer, fuel trap one. That allows two way vacuum/pressure.

Jason.
