can you use any other drive shafts other than the mk2 xr2 shafts?

like rs turbo shafts?

anyone done this before?

Iv been running standard 1l shafts at close to 200 bhp for around 7 months and they never let me down

well that's odd because I run my 1.1 driveshafts on my rs turbo engine and blew the f*cker up as soon as I drove up the road? I never know what to do really so many people have had different experiences!

anyway what I did ask is there any other driveshafts I can use other than xr2 drive shafts. i.e rs turbo shafts?

Rs turbo shafts will be too long .What happened the 1.1 shafts did the cv joint break ?, it was maybe about too go anyway.

Mk2 1,1 shafts been abused byca zetev for 7k miles done santa pod twice this year total 7 runs.....still fine
