Its not an EFi head, no cut outs for the injectors. As the MFi and carb heads are the same its one of those!

I think that's a big valve head. I'm sure my big valve head had 1.6bra on the back too

The only way you'll tell if it's a Big Valved head is to measure the valves.

Its a standard mfi/carb head looking at that picture.
The inlet ports definitly haven't been touched. Can't use xray mode on my PC to see the exhaust ports or actual valves but I'm guessing you've been mugged off

All non-EFI 1.6 heads had the same size valves. Only difference were optimized inlet valves for the RS1600i and sodium-filled exhaust valves for the ERST until ~1989.

Not sure about the EFIs because of the modified combustion chamber and inlet ports.

Ive got the same head and my inlet valves are 44mm and exhaust were inbetween 36-37mm, is that bigger valves than standard?

I think standard sized valves are 42mm inlet. 37 is standard for exhaust and you don't really need bigger exhaust valves - they are pretty big to begin with.
