I've got a FRST engine in my mk2, I need to increase the fuel rail pressure so I need a new adjustable regulator, but what should I do with the standard regulator on the end of the fuel rail?

cheers, Joe

I've now got a gauge fitted, now I've sorted all the wiring out, but does anyone know what the range of the standard regulator is? and which way is which?
I'm guessing fully in is high pressure and it reduces as you wind it out?
