I cut the car side the multiplug out of the Fiesta RS Turbo, that way you can fit the car side plug into your car nice and the OFAB literally plugs in unmodified. It's only about 4-5 wire you really need to feed the OFAB loom.

Part of wiring in that main plug is the fuel pump and injector situation shown above. don't be tempted to f*ck the relays off, you really do need to do what is shown there.

Does it matter about colour of the relays aslong as the numbers are all same?

Does the fuel pump prime when ignition is on? Are you getting a spark when turning over?

As far as i know m8 lad had it running in his escort van and fuels only a few days old m8. It sounds like timming but both cam and crank wa set to tdc so both crank and cam timing marks were both pointed at 12 oclock. Engine turned over smooth by hand. Is it possible to put the efi flywheel on wrong way or does it only fit on zetec crank one way m8

Flywheel only lines up one may mate.
Possibly got the cams timed up wrong, someone else might be able to advise you better about that as I'm not too cued up on cam timing tbh.
Is it possible you've got the cams 180 deg out?
Is it a good spark and are the plugs getting wet at all?

Does sound like the timing is out, is sensor problem can't cause that in my experience the car will always at least start and run unless there is something major wrong.

I'd swap the relays for the 2 yellow ones you'll have in the car for the fans and wipers for now then look at the timing.

Popping and banging tells you there is fuel and spark at least lol
