Posted on mk1/2 forum also as after a quick detailed answer.

I have a 1.6 Cvh efi and want to run my turbo technics on it what do I need to do for it to run on carb?
I've read loads of different stuff about it so just want people to clarify exactly how we only have 2 weeks to complete to conversion?

So far I have -
Engine mounts from the Cvh, tierod and Bracket ordered, engine and tt kit ...

Cause I don't have the full set up to run the efi as efi, so going to run a carb on it for now.

You'll need a different engine really. Your head is no good because it has the big injector cutouts so that will need to be swapped out completely and then (assuming it's not a Fiesta RS Turbo block...) the bottom end isn't any good for reliable turbo charging either.

Sorry to piss on your chips butt.
