Who sells a decent quality new radiator for the mk2 XR2 these days. Looking for something that's as close to original as possible.

Don't nissen do these?

I had trouble getting a decent replacement for the xr4x4, in the end found a genuine new one.

I dont know, I will ahve a look, NRF list one for the 1.6D on euro car parts which i believe is the same part from memory. Its suggested that its actually a valeo part and is copper/plastic.

I've seen Nissen's named xr2 radiators on ebay before.
But they aren't exactly cheap!

I was looking for a 1.3 escort OHV rad ( still am ) and the Nissens ones were around £100 when others were nearer £50.

I can't say I've had any issues with my £50 radiators.

But yes. I do see what you mean
