Hello,

Has anyone fitted one of these? If so how and where did you get it from?

Thanks

I had one I fitted to my festival.
And two I'd fitted to my old xr2.
Never got around to fitting either to my current xr2....

Anyway..
Yes. I bought the slimline ones.
Like these..

Drill two small holes for the screws.. They do come with sticky pads, but they eventually dry up and fall off.
Run the cable down the C pillar to the lights.
I used the included piggy back clips at the time. But knowing how bad those are now, I would have used a piggy back spade terminal instead so no need to mutilate the existing loom and easily removable if needed.

Jason.

One of the first things I did to my mk2, got Fed up of people tailgatin me then sh!tting themselves when I slowed down and they didn't notice.

I didn't want a eBay special they all look cheap and out of place, I was set on a small merc A class one but they use 4x 5w bulbs, went for a led one from Nissan Almera, cut the plug off and crimped on two black wires. Earthed it to the rear window defroster earth point, and took the live off the spade connector on the n/s rear light.
