According to the Rally Design website, the standard heighr of the springs (escort - fiesta ones are NOT the same)

the escort springs seem to be a bit lower standard. But a fair bit stiffer aswell. So maybe when fitted, they mainaint their height better, so they look the same height ?

Anyway, people say they are interchangeable...
I orderd a set last week ;-) 380 LB -3 inch drop ;-)

Martein.

Will get a side pic up in a mo of my car which is running Escy springs. The back is a bit higher than the front due to being stripped out, but it's nice and stiff

lowered about 25mm, could do with 30mm lowered rears to compensate the weight loss at the rear

From xr2.de...

Quote:
MK3/MK4 Escort springs are about 3 cm shorter than Fiesta 2 springs.
They should be stiffer because the Escort is heavier. But rear ones may
be not good for the Fiesta because of the two totally different types of
axles!

Instaled my rear escort springs about an hour ago.

They are -3" drop and 350 LB

Using the standard mk1 rubber bit, and fits like a glove :-)

I think this is a bit too low, but I can check that when I get my new tires...

But I ordered 2 pair, 1 pair of 3 inch drop and the other is 2: drop, so it'll all work out ;-)

Martein

PS the -2" (380 LB) are even stiffer than the -3" (350 LB)
