I am missing my boot badge and was wondering if it should be the lighter blue colour one? Thanks. Also when I spray the car I'm going to need a newxr2 sticker on the boot. I can find them on eBay but there are a few different colour reds and was wondering what one would be right for a white car. Also the pin stripe, are they still available? Thanks.

Yes, the darker blue badges are fitted to modern Ford's. The 80's badges come up on eBay sometimes.

Dmb graphics do the xr2 decals and I think the pinstripe as well

For a white car it's lipstick red iirc.
You need a light blue ford badge but they go go silly money now.

this is the correct colour for a white car.

The only trouble with aftermarket XR2 stickers is that all those individual diamond bits in the lettering are just that - individual - and you have to be very careful polishing around them as the can snag and get pulled off. The original logo was a one piece item with a completely smooth surface, easy to polish over.

"Ford oval badge, later darker blue type 115 x 45 mm self adhesive backing"
So still not the right one.
But good if you're happy with a 'close' one.

Jason.

There's a used lighter one on eBay at the moment if that's the one I need, I'd rather have the right one.

I'm sure my xr2 writing and stripe are more dark red than lipstick red? Nor sure if they are original though. Yea I know the badges are silly money.

Does anybody have the boot logo (including the "fiesta" writing) in a corel/pdf or other similar vector format? A good resolution image would also be handy.

I'm not trying to steal anyones business, just that I want to play with the color of the logo, and the shipping to Serbia for a dmb graphic logo would be more then the price of the logo itself. So I'm going to make them locally, just can't find a good and correct logo on google.
If I don't find it a will eventually draw it from an image in the correct proportions, just wanted to ask first if someone has it and can save me the trouble (I'm not good with corel anyway :) ).

Cheers

A friend of mine went through the trouble and made me one, so if anybody needs it pm me :)
Not 100% geniune but I think even better, the only difference is in the lower piece of "R", but only slightly.

I forgot to mention, it's for a mk2.
