You should run at least a standard ERST Ford cooler - small and easy to plumb in.

Standard r5gtt cooler is fine for 14psi and most of the alloy ones are bigger capacity so will be fine for what you need.

I was going to run about 3-4psi for a bit, only did it as abit of fun, it sounded sweet and fluttered like hell! for the intake i just jubilee clipped a small mini moto k&N. if i remember rightly i needed to leave the manual choke out for the extra fuel.

im sorry i cant be of more help i only had it like this for a week i was going to sort it out properly but then....

I ran a bar of boost through it......

Image

it was an excuse for this....

Unfortunately that's all the pictures i have :(

no servo....just the old school flintstone's style breaking. i never set it to 3-4 psi, didnt get chance i blew it up within a week haha.
with a bar it was level with my mates mk1 xr2.
think i fried most of the rings in the end,

I did eventually run EBC disks and green stuff pads on xr2 brakes but always kept the non servo assisted brakes, never bothered me.

2-foot breaking ftw!!
I used to do that on the old moggy. 2 feet, back braced against the seat with both 7" drums smoking like a trooper.
Safety made the modern world boring.
