What’s the best way to fit a quike shift linkage?? Can’t find any

depends what you define as best. Best to me is a b&m quickshift but they are rare as rocking horse sh!t and because of that quite pricey. Your next option would be a puma/zetec gear linkage. This isn't a quickshift however a good improvement on the mk2 linkage. The last option would be an adapter plate you can get from the likes of orbital Motorsport which moves the linkage slightly.

I've got a Puma linkage on my xr2.

It's ok.
But I may just change back to the correct Firsta linkage.

I drive the xr2 and the 1.1. So it takes some getting used to.
Also. Be aware that the Puma linkage doesn't work well with early boxes due to the lack of gates.
So fit it to a D reg on Fiesta or an S2 LSD box.
Not an early box or an S1.
