Was thinking 2.0 throttle body and mondi tps sensor on my ZT with the 1.8 manifold. However I hear the mondi TPS is a bit iffy, are there any other suggestions?

Was gonna use a modified EFi XR3i loom running frst management with the aim of upgrading it to something like pectal that will let me run als & multiple maps.

Eh??? Why would the tps need matching to the flywheel when its attached to the throttlebody and mesures the position of throttle??

Surely your thinking of the crank position sensor / cps???

Ummm, i can't remember which one i used now, but i know once the TB is sitting on the inlent, then the 1.6/1.8 one points one way, the 2.0 points t'other... i have the one that points upwards... which ways does yours point Azura?

A Cosworth TB would not work - different fitment of the TPS and would not run on anything other than Cosworth Weber Management.

Listen to Rich, you need to decide what management you will be running the engine on before you decide what TB to use.

If your using FRST managment then you will need a FRST TPS. If your fitting it to a 2.0 TB you need an adaptor making up to get it to fit.

Also if using a 1800 inlet you will need injector adaptors, a new fuel rail, and soming doing to sort the lack of space for the ISCV.

If you use the complete FRST manifold with adaprtor plate, All these problems are none existant.

Again HTH
