Right, I have finally got the fiesta back on the road albeit some minor teething issues, the main one being the brakes.

I get the front to work on half a pedal and the rears only engage on full pedal. I have a mk2 mondeo master cylinder and servo with XR2 brakes.

Has anyone else experienced issues like this?

Are you using the mondeo pressure reducers?

If so, that is probably why.

It's a little inline 'dubry' ( Proper technical term that! ) that usually sits straight after the MC in the rear lines of the servo.

I have had to google it as still not 100% sure. From the images on google it appears that I don't have these anyway. I'll double check today though.

I posted he query on my Facebook groups with some responding stating I need to adjust the master cylinder rod? I did see someone on here make an adjustable one years ago, username of Jin or something like that, but I'm confused as to how he fitted an M12 checks pin to a 10mm threaded stud
