Just fitted my bike carbs on the manifold and started to bolt to the engine... The bolts seems to be too long now! Anyone else have this issue?

Can someone please tell me what bolts to buy as I have no idea why these seems to be too long. They are the existing inlet manifold bolts and assumed these would be fine

Iirc..

I fitted m8 30mm bolts to my spacer plate.
The plastic inlet is thicker than the inlet manifolds used on bike carbs.

Best just to measure the depth of the hole in the head, the thickness of the manifold and gasket, and take a mm or two off to find your bolt length.

Hth.

if you want wait to get some new bolts just use some extra washers.
