I need a bottom rad hose that would go from the backtop water bump to the bottom of a xr2 rad, I have used the original but it is a bit tight and I,m worried it might burst or completely kink.
I phoned burton but they didn't have anything to suit.

Any suggestions?

The silvertop is different from the blacktop, the silvertop point straight towards the front of the car and the Blacktops points toward the centre of the cross member I,m led to believe and the original cvh hose is nearly kinked it's bent that much which I'm not happy with.
Ain't got much room to clear the auxiliary belt either.
Think I'm going to need together the water pump outlet cut off and welded at a more suitable angle.

I cut a standard xr2 hose down to fit. Bit fiddly as it's really short but it works well and twisted to get the angles correct.

That's what I have at the moment but where the hose twists to fit the radiator it looks to be restricted the flow and the heaters is blowing cold so I think the circulation is poor.
Got some new hoses off ebay to sort this but the muppets I bought them of sent the wrong ones and forgot to send the rest so once I get a refund I will acquire them elsewhere to sort this out for good.
