With thew news that Ford are scrapping:
Fiesta
Focus
Taurus
Fusion
CMAX

in the next two years and will only sell the Mustang and Forcus Active its an end of an era surely, and pretty sad they are throwing in the towel because they can't compete with the Japs

I don't want to end up driving a stinkin' Chevy

They will be selling SUV's, 4x4's and trucks. But the people who buy cars like that, about half a million in 2017 alone are not going to be going out and buying SUV's, if they wanted one they could have got one before, they'll just go to the competition. It's not as if cars don't sell either, Toyota and Honda make a killing out here.

Americans are funny when it comes to cars, size is more important than quality, a lazy V8 is better than a high reving turbo.... just because, and everyone has forgotten what happened when the oil prices went up. Which was the whole reason Ford brought the Fiesta back to the states in the first place

Personally, I hope this means I can get a Fiesta ST on the cheap
