If I could work out how to post a picture these days I'd stick something up

2018 Fiesta ST.... so that's the old shape for you lot over in blighty
Recaro's, Nav.... pretty much everything apart from a sunroof

My first brand new car

Very happy
And feels great to have a turbo again, it's been 5 years since the Volvo

Congrats.

I was tempted by the dark side myself.

An 'old' shape ST.
I just don't like the fact that the visibility out of the back is abysmal compared to a 'Real' Fiesta and the interior feels....

Cheap.
Even to me in my plastic mk2 Fiesta!

Jason.

I do get a backup camera to help with that, but I'm coming from another Mk7 Fiesta anyway
But as its USA spec it has the Sync 3 system that the Mk8 Fiesta in the UK has which is cool, out here the Fiesta has had that since 2016

I think Flickr is the one people use these days.

My father in law has a Mk7 but it's only a piddly puddle jumper, slow as slow can be. Have driven it a few times and seen that with a decent engine pushing it along it could be quite fun.

I bought a new car too, picked it up yesterday, this is the first new car I've ever had, come to think of it, only the second car I've had built after 2000 :blub:

My brother has a cooper S, I like to mock him for driving an auto though. What's the point in a performance car with an automatic box. I looked at them, but I find the third generation to be too square, and there's not a mini dealer for servicing within 200 miles

It's the first auto I've ever owned, it's the seven speed flappy paddle thingy, the gear changes are mega fast, alot faster than I could shift in a manual plus I'm getting old now and spend most of my time in traffic, the Capri's clutch was just getting too much lol
